Job Summary We are leading bangalore based integrated facility management company, providing facility services for residential communities. We are seeking an outgoing and customer service-oriented relationship manager to join our organisation and work with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, handling escalation as per contract agreements, and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You’ll also play a key part in generating new business by identifying opportunities for potential sales.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manages the client service operations, which deals directly with clients and is the first point of contact.
Participate in monthly review meetings with customers and ensure continual improvements in the service provided
Ownership of the tasks discussed in monthly meetings with association and circulate meeting minutes and follow up for closure.
Asses the site and evaluate the operational excellence in terms of work quality, staff behaviour, process adherence & customer satisfaction.
Engage with customers to take feedback and drive process improvement
Monitor and assess activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients.
Develops, tracks and reports key performance measurements for the site.
Oversees cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by clients.
Identify best practices and implement across all other sites
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
